Rest in eternal peace
And may your memory be a blessing.

My dearest uncle.
Your abrupt and unexpected passing has left a void in our hearts.
We are devastated by your premature pasting, but your memories will live on in us.
We will remember you as a fun-loving, athletic, kind, and caring person in so many ways. Your gentleness and kindness have affected and enhanced all of our lives. You have cared for the ill-health, sick and those in need, yet you ask for nothing in return. The friendship shared the laughs and the kisses. Yes, these are things I will miss.
Family and friends would say that you have swagger because of the pleasure you took in your appearance walking style and posing. Your softly spoken voice and friendly smile entice others to approach you. You were well-known in Acton, Shepherd Bush and Chiswick, for having and riding the prettiest bicycle. Putting it mildly, you boasted about that title.
You used to make me laugh as a child, and you still do, since you never pass a female without nodding and winking at them. As you lay in your hospital bed, my cousin (Delita) knew you were in a good mood as the female nurses took your temperature, yes, the famous wink and nod. Then you would say, “ it makes them feel good about themselves”. Likewise, you would nod to the male, but you would say “them alright until the doctor sees them”.
If only we could have you back for just a little while, uncle. Then we could sit and reminisce, and re-sight the books of the bible, which always made me smile, because you had such a sweet way of reading the scriptures. Therefore, did not come as a surprise when father Wheeler asked you to become an Alter Server at Wendall Park Catholic Church, which you accepted. As your passion and love for the bible grew, so was your urge for preaching the gospel, which you continue when you migrated to Jamaica, where you became a pastor of your own church.
We understand that the good Lord has called you, and you took his hand when you heard his voice. You turned your back and left it all as you followed the path that Lord had laid out for you.
Farewell, my uncle; even though you are no longer with us, you will forever be in our hearts.
